Your privacy is important to us. It is PackFlo's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you through our app, websites, and storefronts.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly — such as when you create or modify your account, publish a store, request support, or otherwise communicate with us. This may include business name, email, phone number, product and inventory data, and order details needed to run your store.
2. How we use information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve PackFlo — including personalizing your experience, processing subscriptions, sending technical notices, enabling AI-assisted features you choose to use, and responding to your questions.
3. Storefront & customer data
When shoppers buy from your PackFlo store, order and customer details are processed to fulfill purchases and show you order status. You are responsible for how you use customer data in your business and for complying with applicable privacy laws for your customers.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed to operate the service — for example with payment processors (such as Razorpay), hosting and analytics providers, or when required by law — or with your consent.
5. Security
We take reasonable measures to help protect information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use a strong password and keep your devices protected.
6. Retention
We retain account and store data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may request account deletion through support subject to legal retention requirements.
7. Your choices
You can update profile and store settings in the PackFlo app. You may opt out of non-essential marketing messages where offered. Some communications (billing, security, service notices) are required to operate your account.
8. Children
PackFlo is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date on this page when we do. Continued use of PackFlo after changes means you acknowledge the updated policy.
