1. Agreement

By downloading the PackFlo app, creating an account, or using packflo.store and related services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use PackFlo.

2. The service

PackFlo provides tools to create and operate an online store from your phone — including templates, products, orders, payments, shipping helpers, and AI-assisted content. Features may vary by plan.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate business details and keep contact information up to date so we can reach you about billing, security, or support.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed through the PackFlo app via Razorpay (or other payment partners we enable). Prices and plan limits are shown in-app before you subscribe.

Trials convert to paid billing unless cancelled before the trial ends. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by PackFlo.

5. Your store & content

You retain ownership of your products, media, and store content. You grant PackFlo a limited license to host and display that content to operate your storefront. You must have rights to everything you upload and must not sell illegal or prohibited goods.

6. Customer payments

When you accept payments on your storefront, funds settle to your connected payment account (for example Razorpay). PackFlo is not the merchant of record for your customer sales unless we explicitly state otherwise.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse PackFlo — including attempting unauthorized access, abusing AI features, scraping, spreading malware, or using the service for fraud. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

8. Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as we improve PackFlo. We will give reasonable notice for material plan changes when practical.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PackFlo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or business arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. The “Last updated” date on this page reflects the latest revision.
